Award-winning Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch restaurant First Watch has signed a multi-unit franchise agreement with Omaha-based Cutchall Management Company to open three restaurants over the next three years in Omaha.  The first restaurant is expected to open by the end of the year at 1222 S. 71st St. in the Bed Bath & Beyond-anchored Shoppes at Aksarben retail center. The 4,200-square-foot restaurant will hold an end-cap space formerly occupied by Burger Star and Donut Professor, and will feature an outdoor patio and large community table.  First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The restaurant also offers guests complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi Internet access.  Each of the restaurants will employ approximately 25 people.
