First Nebraska Credit Union Breaks Ground for New Building in Elkhorn

First Nebraska Credit Union (FNCU) (firstnebraska.org) held a ground breaking ceremony on June 13 for their new building at 20241 Manderson St. in Elkhorn.

The new Elkhorn location will include an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), which will provide 24/7 service and allow you to do much more than an ATM in the drive-thru. During business hours, you will have the option to speak with an FNCU representative via video conferencing. The new building will include the latest in banking technology, including teller pods instead of traditional teller lines.

FNCU currently has five locations, three in Omaha and two in Lincoln. First Nebraska is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative. The FNCU focus is People Helping People, and their goal is to strengthen the financial well-being of their members. FNCU is the only credit union in Nebraska to be listed in the Top 100 four years in a row by DepositAccounts.com which looks at credit unions nationwide for exceptional fiduciary responsibility.
