First National Bank Opens Branch in Elkhorn
An audience of nearly 50 people, including members of the Western Douglas County Chamber of Commerce, customers and First National Bank employees, were on hand October 31 to celebrate the opening of the bank’s newest branch location near 204th and West Maple Road, in Elkhorn, Nebraska. The full service branch is First National’s 28th in the metro area and 102nd retail location overall.
During the ceremony, Clark Lauritzen, chairman and president, presented the Western Douglas County Chamber of Commerce with a limited edition, commemorative photo depicting a classic car driving on the historic Lincoln Highway near Elkhorn. The photo, taken by professional photographer Jeff Struthers, is part of a series of Elkhorn-area photos that adorn the new branch.
The new location offers full-service banking, from savings and checking accounts to certificates of deposit and IRA accounts; mortgage loans, home equity loans and lines of credit; auto loans and personal loans; credit cards, investments and planning, wealth management and 529 College Savings Plans. Business banking, commercial lending and agricultural banking services are also available, as well as online and mobile banking options.
