E & A Consulting Group, Inc. has expanded a program of Subsurface Utilities Engineering (SUE) for their three offices in Phoenix, Lincoln and Omaha. SUE is a process of utility verification and location by various methods meeting ASCE 38-02 accuracy levels in Standard Guidelines for the Collection and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data. E&A has expanded the program for their three offices through the addition of David Huscher, RLS. David brings extensive hands-on management and technical expertise in the fields of civil engineering, SUE, and land surveying. With more than 15 years dedicated to the utility industry, David is one of the most experienced SUE professionals available.
David is registered in four states and active in professional organizations including APWA, ASCE, SAME and American Society of Highway Engineers. E&A offers full service SUE to private and public clients together with detailed topographic surveying for pre-design of transportation, municipal, commercial and other major civil engineering works.
