DOI is pleased to announce their March networking event will take place on Wednesday, March 20th from 5:30-7 pm at the OPPD Energy Plaza Atrium – 409 S. 17th Street. Don’t miss this opportunity to reach out to the candidates for an informal opportunity to network face to face with them.
The goal of DOI is to inform, promote and unite the downtown community. Highlights of their activities include: the Holiday Lights Festival celebration; working with the Downtown Improvement District, Old Market Business Association and the North Downtown group; as well as hosting candidate networking meetings to bring the candidates to our members; continuing our partnership with Central High School in cleaning up the downtown area; working with the City of Omaha to improve downtown parking and acting as a liaison to city, county, and state officials and key department heads on issues affecting downtown.
