Dante Ristorante in the Shops of Legacy, 168th and West Center, has introduced an expanded lunch menu. Diners may order lunch from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
According to Chef Nick Strawhecker, the menu includes six panini (sandwiches) baked in the restaurant’s wood-fired oven, plus a seasonal soup, and fresh salads, including the signature Dante chopped salad. The restaurant’s famous pastas and wood-oven baked pizza’s are available on both the lunch and dinner menus.
“The lunch menu includes a soup and salad combination and the opportunity to substitute salad or soup for the sea salt and balsamic chips that come with the panini,” explained Strawhecker. The menu and ingredients will also change according to what is fresh and available from local purveyors, he added.
