Vail joined the Cross Pointe Innovations sales team in August as a Wireless Mobility Specialist. Vail brings over 15 years of customer support and operational experience from various companies; including 7 years of experience as a Communication Manager for a large cable company and managing the Buyer Risk Operations side for a large Online Payment company in a team atmosphere.
