The Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce, which has a new home at 149 West Broadway in the renovated Hughes-Irons Building, is pleased to announce they will feature local school artwork to provide visual interest in the lobby. The Chamber plans to display a rotation of juried art from area schools. The current art installation is “The ExtraOrdinary Colors of Humanity”, created by participants/visual artists in the 9th -12th grade from the Kanesville Alternative Learning Center in Council Bluffs. This installation captures the essence of humanity in everyday circumstances through photography and performance art.
The Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce is located at 149 West Broadway and is open weekdays from 8am to 5pm. Scooters Coffee and the Chamber lobby is also open Saturday daytime.
