Through a partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank, the bank will offer funding through the Homeownership Set Aside Program to assist low- and moderate-income individuals and families in achieving their dream of homeownership.
The Homeownership Set-Aside Program is designed to help qualified first-time homebuyers with down payment and closing cost assistance, reducing one of the biggest barriers to purchasing a home.
