Concord Mediation Center (concordmediationcenter.com) provides Douglas and Sarpy counties with conflict resolution services, from mediation and facilitation to restorative justice. To celebrate the center’s 25th anniversary of conflict resolution services, they will be hosting a celebration on September 5 from 5 to 7 p.m. at their office located at 2910 S 84th St.

The celebration is meant to thank clients, affiliates and staff for helping Concord Mediation Center reach its milestone in serving the community. The center has grown over the past quarter of a century and looks forward to its next 25 years of service. “We remain committed to providing collaborative, problem-solving services for Douglas and Sarpy counties–affordably, safely and impartially,” states Concord Mediation Center.

Nonprofit Concord Mediation Center was founded in 1999 and is one of six Nebraskan mediation centers approved by the Office of Dispute Resolution. Supported by contracts, grants, donors and volunteers, the organization offers a cost-effective and bridge-building alternative for handling disputes across Douglas and Sarpy counties.
