Omaha natives Colin and Jessica Duggan have returned home and opened Kitchen Table at 1415 Farnam. Kitchen Table focuses on slow food fast – real food, made from scratch, using the best local ingredients available. Colin and Jessica have been in San Francisco for the past 4 ½ years, where Colin was the Chef at the Urban Tavern and Jessica was event planning for The Salvation Army. They are so excited to be back in their hometown as well as part of the downtown community.

Kitchen Table is open Monday through Friday from 11:00-7:00 with a 3-course brunch on Sunday from 10:00-2:00. The lunch-focused menu features playful takes on the soup-salad-sandwich theme.  Check the website: www.kitchentableomaha.com for the daily sandwich specials. Stop in any time of day for a quick snack steeped in nostalgia, like pimento cheese with garlic toast and homemade pickles or classic deviled eggs. Kitchen Table also offers a nightly dinner that can be enjoyed with one of their wines on tap or can also be ordered online to pick up on the way home–a complete meal, including a meatless alternative, for when you just don’t have the time to cook.
