Clearwater Counseling Partners with Project Harmony
To provide services to children in need, Clearwater Counseling, PC (clearwatercounselingpc.org) has recently partnered with Project Harmony (projectharmony.com) through its Connections program in which children are matched with community therapists who are trained in evidence-based practices and provide ongoing follow-up to families, referral sources, and providers. Project Harmony established the Connections program to address mental health needs in children and to seek appropriate solutions that help each child reach his or her fullest potential.
As Connections providers, Clearwater Counseling’s CEO/Co-owner Kayla Leddy and mental health therapist Jessica Frenzen complete monthly progress reports and session attendance checks and establish ongoing communication with the mental health coordinator. Through the program, therapists also receive evidence-based practice training. Children with behavioral health symptoms can be identified early, and if effective services can be offered, a child can get back on track developmentally and start living their fullest and safest life in school, at home, and in the community.
Clearwater Counseling, PC, works with individuals with a variety of mental health diagnoses including depression, relationship issues, grief/loss/trauma, addiction and recovery, co-dependency, anxiety and phobias, parenting problems, sexual abuse and incest, physical abuse and violence, and more.
