Cheever Construction Completes Renovation on Fremont City Auditorium

There was a grand reopening held on April 3 to celebrate, and a virtual tour made available for those who could not attend. It took 1.5 years to complete the $3.87 million project, which came in more than $400,000 under budget. The renovations included a new roof; new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system; fi re sprinkler system; main floor restrooms with handicap accessibility; newly refurbished main area with technology and a movable wall that can divide the area in two; new meeting spaces; caterer-friendly kitchen; and entries and exits that are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible.
