blabfeed – a Perfecta Media LLC is pleased to announce the receipt of a five-figure award federal contract. blabfeed was recently awarded a Total Small Business set-aside contract by the U.S. Department of Interior for the office of the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The Campus Wide Digital Signage contract was awarded to blabfeed as a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
blabfeed will provide digital signage hardware, software, design, onsite installation, and ongoing support to various buildings on Haskell Indian Nations University (HINU) campus. As part of the bid, blabfeed completed a site survey and recommended a best value solution. In all, blabfeed was able to put together a total solution that provided greater flexibility, advanced features, all while saving the university over $15,000 from the original proposed configuration.
Revenue from government contracts such as this has made a big impact in the Native American community. Ho-Chunk, Inc. provided the seed capital to enrolled Ponca Tribe of Nebraska member Keith Fix, who started blabfeed on his own in 2012.
