B & K’s ExSeptional Ones Adds Saturdays, Parents’ Night Out, Drop-in Care Options
B & K’s ExSeptional Ones Academy (@exseptionalones) announced add-on services to their God-centered early childhood education and care, including opening for care from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays, offering one Saturday evening a month for a parent’s night out, and drop-in and part-time care to relieve pressure on parents who need some time to themselves. Brian and Keana SeptMatthews opened the childcare academy one year ago, during the pandemic, to provide a safe, loving environment where kids can partake in engaging education and learn important social skills, while instilling the love of Christ into the heart of each child. What’s more, with the February renewal of their license, they now are no longer a provisional site, but a permanently licensed care center!
B & K’s has recently taken lots of requests for additional care hours and are adapting to serve the community’s long-term needs to the greatest extent possible, including helping kids with remote learning at the center. Daily, half-time, or drop-in care is for children ages 6 weeks to 13 years old, and the new Saturday care is for infants, toddlers, and children of all ages. The addition of babysitting care for a Parent’s Night Out on the last Saturday of each month is available separately for a small fee, which does not go into the business but instead into a hardship scholarship fund for families that get in a rut for childcare, food, and the like. Parent’s Night Out is open to the public, and the evenings for the kids will include supper, movie night on the big screen, and usually an art project.
B & K’s ExSeptional Ones Academy is a family-owned childhood education center located at 12717 S 28th Ave., STE D, in Bellevue. For more information, call (531) 365-6805, email exseptionalconsultingbiz@gmail.com, and follow them on Facebook and Instagram (@exseptionalones).
