If you are challenged on where to go for ideas or help with your eLearning, you won’t want to miss the November 14 ASTD Nebraska program. Experts will lead discussions and inform attendees of the great blogs and sites devoted to improving the value of eLearning in our trainings and business. The discussion leaders will showcase some topics relevant to anyone new or old in the eLearning industry.

You won’t want to miss these local experts: Michael Merritt: HDR Senior eLearning Developer in the training and organizational development department; Dave Kipling: teacher and technologist with expertise in areas like studio arts, graphic design, industrial design, and even psychology; Heather Falkner: Senior Project Consultant for Union Pacific Railroad; Melissa Turner: manager and trainer at Easel Solutions.

This interactive session will start with a brief round-robin overview of each of the topics by the speakers, followed by an open forum to allow opportunity for questions and a deeper dive into the material after the presentations depending on your area of interest.

Networking and breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. The program will run from 8:00-9:00 a.m. and will be held at Scott Conference Center, 6450 Pine Street, in Omaha. Cost for members is $20 through November 8. Registration is $25 from November 9 through November 13.
