Apartment Association of Nebraska to Host “A Day of Leasing” Workshop in Omaha

The Apartment Association of Nebraska (AAN; aaneb.org) will host a workshop titled A Day of Leasing on January 16 at the AAN Development Center, 4862 S. 96th St., in Omaha. This interactive day-long class will last from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Attendees will be given the tools they need for a successful 2020 leasing year. Registration is required and costs $45 for AAN members; $75 for non-members. Registration includes lunch and the chance to win great prizes. The seminar, presented by CLASS, Inc., will cover phone call techniques and etiquette, leasing logistics, closing, follow up, and more.
