Apartment Association of Nebraska Offers April Educational Opportunities

The goal of the Apartment Association of Nebraska (AAN; www.aaneb.org/events) is to help create and maintain a high level of professionalism in the multi-family rental housing industry. Because of this, the AAN has planned several opportunities for professionals in a variety of fields to network, enjoy a meal, and learn critical skills this April. Upcoming events are as follows:

  • April 10, noon–1 p.m.—Maintenance IQ: HVAC Diagnosing & Repair, learn tips and tricks from top HVAC professionals to improve work orders and service calls.
  • April 11, 1–2:30 p.m.—Empower Hour: BlueMoon Leasing & Tenant Law, a lunch and educational session with attorney Gene Eckel of Goosmann Law Firm on The NAA Click and Lease Program and tips regarding Tenant Law.
  • April 17–18, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.—Maintenance Toolbox Refresher Intensive: 2 Day HVAC Class, focusing on the basics of HVAC systems on day one and advanced safety and troubleshooting techniques on day two.

Each of these events will be held at the Apartment Association of Nebraska Development Center, 4862 S. 96th St. Members of the AAN receive a discounted price on all events, but non-members who wish to learn about these topics are also welcome to register.
