AIM Institute (aiminstitute.org) will host its annual Heartland Developers Conference (HDC) October 3-4 at CHI Health Center Omaha. This two-day premier software development conference will provide an immersive experience and world-class content to the Silicon Prairie development community. Experts will share the latest knowledge and demonstrate new techniques to help build an understanding of the subject matter.
Breakout sessions will explore a variety of topics, such as AI and data, tech leadership, innovation, and cybersecurity. These sessions will feature notable speakers from companies such as Microsoft, Union Pacific, Spreetail, and more.
Keynote speakers include David S. Kong, Ph.D., director of the Community Biotechnology Initiative at MIT Media Lab, and Chris Wlaschin, SVP and chief information security officer with Election Systems & Software. Presenters will cover topics such as The Future of Biotech and Election Security.
For more than 15 years, HDC has shaped the path for future tech professionals while providing them and companies increased exposure in the workforce. Through the generous support of HDC’s presenting sponsor, Farm Credit Services of America, and other local businesses, AIM is able to offer a unique, large-scale tech education and networking event that keeps the local sector connected in the constantly evolving technology landscape.
Registration for HDC is required. College students pursuing a STEM-related career field are eligible to attend for free.
