Acadian Grille Acquires Kith/Kin Location, Opens Acadian Grille Dundee
Acadian Grille (acadiangrille.com), owned by Dan and Jennifer O’Brien, is excited to announce that they have acquired the building that formally housed Kith/Kin in order to open their second Cajun scratch kitchen in Omaha—Acadian Grille Dundee. Located at 5018 Underwood Ave., Acadian Grille Dundee will feature about 85% of the same menu options as the original restaurant in Miracle Hills. The main difference is that the Dundee location came equipped with a large industrial smoker, allowing them to offer customers savory items like prime rib and brisket sandwiches.
Acadian Grille Dundee also has an impressive full-service bar. Dan and Restaurant Manager Tim Siragusa hope to gain the reputation of being a popular drinking establishment, in addition to being known for their delicious authentic Cajun cuisine. Acadian Grille Dundee will have happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, featuring drink specials and discounts on their famous patio tacos, chicken wings, and more.
In addition, Acadian Grille Dundee will feature live soulful music by the talented Ed “Smooth Grooves” Archibald on Thursdays from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 5 to 8 p.m. Ed is a saxophonist with over 30 years of experience. His musical roots run deep in jazz, rhythm and blues, country, and classical music, which gives his sound a truly unique flavor.
