The Metro Omaha Builders Association (MOBA), in partnership with Build Omaha, will present the 2026 Spring Parade of Homes on April 11–12 and April 18–19, from noon to 4 p.m. The free event will showcase 71 newly constructed homes across 50 developments throughout the Omaha metro area, with homes priced from $295,000 to $1.6 million.
The Spring Parade of Homes is one of the region’s most anticipated housing events, offering the public an opportunity to tour a wide range of new construction homes built by some of Omaha’s top builders. The event highlights current trends in architecture, design, technology, and craftsmanship across a broad spectrum of price points. This year’s Parade reflects the strength and diversity of Omaha’s homebuilding industry. With 71 homes featured across the metro, buyers can explore options that fit a variety of lifestyles, needs, and budgets.
New for 2026, attendees will have the opportunity to vote in multiple award categories, recognizing exceptional design, innovation, and craftsmanship among participating builders.
