Big changes are happening at 8100 Cass Street. Formerly known as “Big Red Keno,” the new Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar has a fresh look inside and out, complete with a new logo and a brand new outdoor patio and sand volleyball courts centrally located to serve the Omaha metro area. The inside renovations are complete and the outside additions will be done by the end of August. The smoke free restaurant and sports bar is still home to live ball draws for Big Red Keno, but the name has changed to reflect Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar’s offerings extending beyond keno.
Excitement is building in anticipation of the opening of the new sand volleyball courts. Leagues are now forming at only $50 per team. To celebrate the grand opening of the volleyball courts, Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar is hosting a charity volleyball tournament on September 23rd and 24th, benefiting Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Midlands. Cost to participate in the charity tournament is only $100 per team with the entire entry fee benefiting Big Brothers/Big Sisters. Big Red Restaurant and Sports Bar will also be donating 10% of restaurant sales during the volleyball tournament to Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
