$35M Dizzy Mule Project to be Built in Millwork Commons District
A partnership between Black Dog Management and Bluestone Development is set to bring the nearly $35 million Dizzy Mule project to life in the Millwork Commons (millworkcommons.com) district. Construction is scheduled to begin in June with project completion planned for February 2024.
The 160,000-square-foot mixed-use project will take up over an acre of land and climb five stories. Though it is one building, the project design will have it appear to be six individual buildings so that it fits into the current look of the area. The final product will offer 18,000 square feet of commercial space and more than 170 apartments.
As it builds on the energy and momentum of Downtown Omaha, Millwork Commons is set to become one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods, blending the authenticity of the city’s industrial roots with the vitality of today’s innovators and creators. Learn more at millworkcommons.com.
