Tim McGill Sr. founded McGill Restoration in 1985.  His vision and legacy is continued on today by his two oldest sons, Rich and Tim McGill, who took over the helm in 2011.  Over the past three years Rich and Tim have continued to grow the business by adding key staff members and opening a second office/warehouse in Lincoln in 2014.  McGill Restoration has had their top three record years in 2011, 2013 and 2014.

McGill Restoration has performed work for many of their customers all over the Midwest, and even in other countries.  The company’s reputation for their extensive knowledge and expertise in structural concrete repair and masonry restoration is unmatched in the Midwest.  They currently employee 60 full-time employees, and are always looking to hire new talent that fits their business’s core values.  McGill Restoration’s primary focus of business started with masonry restoration, but over the years it has expanded into many different facets of repairs.  McGill Restoration’s primary focus today is in parking garages, stadiums, industrial manufacturing facilities, power plants, bridge repair and preservation, and ag-grain storage facilities.  Clients who partner with McGill Restoration to repair and maintain their facilities have grown to depend on the company’s expertise and knowledge.  They are always looking to explore new opportunities and to find new customers that they can partner with.  McGill Restoration has received numerous industry awards over the years for being an innovator within their targeted markets and was just voted as the Big O’s ‘Best Concrete Company’ by its peers in 2014.  In 2013 they were also awarded the “International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) Great Plains Chapter Project of the Year” for their work on the MUD Florence Treatment Plant Basin #7 repair project.

The company strives to provide innovative solutions and extreme attention to details when it comes to their customer’s needs.  McGill Restoration’s key personnel have over 250 years of restoration experience, and pride themselves on being able to be a turnkey partner in their customers’ businesses.  McGill Restoration can look back over the past 30 years with a true sense of pride and accomplishment.  As the company stands today, they can look towards a promising future, knowing that they will continue to grow their business with a continued commitment in making sure everything they do is a ‘job well done!’
