Headsets have come a long way from the bulky corded and wireless headsets to the new lightweight full featured headset today. The company was founded in 1992 here in Omaha, the nation’s telemarketing capital. Originally, HEADSETTERS™ focus was on blank audiocassette tape sales to the call center industry. The need for audio recording tapes and equipment to record telephone calls was in high demand and the need to furnish and repair headsets followed. Eventually the recordings turned digital, but the need for headset services continues to prevail.
Today, the company’s product lines range from telephone headsets for home and office, to Bluetooth headsets for cell phones and office applications, to audio conferencing equipment. Sales of wireless headsets now make up 50 percent of the business. Plantronics, GN-Jabra, VXI, Starkey, Polycom and RevoLabs are just some of the manufacturers HEADSETTERS™ represents.
All customers have a dedicated HEADSETTERS™ sales person. Customers are given a direct phone number and dedicated email to correspond with their sales rep to ensure regular, easy communication. We tend to have quite a few unique client inquiries every week, and, because of our vast experience in the headset industry, we are able to guide them through their situations and offer them the right headset solutions that also fit their budgets. There are only a few companies in the US that have all the headset products and services we have to offer.

Early in 2010 HEADSETTERS™ added ComputerOmaha.com to the mix of services at the Cass Street location. Computer Omaha services include “Virus-Removal”, computer formatting, commercial-grade off-lease computer desktop and laptop sales, monitors and printers are also offered.
