Shane Myers with Farm Bureau Financial Services gears up to move his agency into a new office, located at 1805 N. 169th Plaza, Suite B!
“With our recent growth I needed to expand into a larger space to accommodate our staff. I also wanted to move our location west a little from where we are currently at. We have an opportunity to help a lot of people in this area as Omaha continues to grow. We will continue to believe in a relationship based approach in working with our clients as that is what I expect from the people that I trust to handle my professional needs. With the location of the new space, we will be easily accessible from all directions thanks in part to the Dodge Expressway. For those that still prefer in home service, we always embrace that opportunity as well. Our new office will have several great features, and I am especially excited to have a nice conference room that will allow us to hold meetings of up to 8-10 people. We will also have four offices, a welcoming lobby area, and a comfortable kitchenette area.
Our tentative move date is set for late September but may extend into the beginning of October. Once we have a definite date, I will plan a grand opening so that all of our existing clients, business partners, and anyone that wants to join us can enjoy a family gathering and check out the new space. We will have a bounce house for the kids and provide food as well. I see that being sometime in the middle to end of October.
A big part of that risk avoidance will be taking the time to visit with all of our clients about their insurance/investment portfolios and making sure that they are up to date. A simple conversation can mean the difference between effectively planning for the future, leaving a legacy, protecting your income, or potentially leaving a mess for our loved ones to deal with. Sometimes these conversations are uncomfortable for some individuals or families. This just means that there is significant growth within themselves and their families!
I am very excited for the completion of the office and to be able to start a new chapter there. We will continue to offer our extraordinary service for our clients. Our premise of services will be handling and advising any ways to plan for and avoid/manage potential risks as well as plan for the future. Should have, could have, and would have is not an acceptable language in my agency. Taking the time to educate our clients, learn what is important to them, and listen to their needs is my goal as our agency continues to grow. As always, we look forward to the opportunity to serve all of our clients and potential clients in the future.”
