Echo Systems: Focused Leaders in Smart Technology for Residential & Commercial Spaces

Cover Echo Systems ThumbnailAt Echo Systems, our core philosophy centers on ease of operation and personal service. We get to know what specific needs our clients have and how our services can be tailored to meet those needs by inviting them to our recently completed $2 Million showroom. It is truly one-of-a-kind in the country, demonstrating aesthetic integration of technology in a multitude of settings.

It’s one thing to read about smart technology but the turning point happens when one gets the chance to physically engage with it. “It’s less intimidating than one might initially think,” says Doug Dushan, Senior Sales Consultant and Marketing Coordinator at Echo Systems. “Translating clients’ needs into sophisticated yet easy-to-use technology solutions is my job. From motorized shades controlled by a smart phone to conveniently activated lighting scenes and audio controls; it’s all available right here.”

Dushan has been working with individuals and businesses for over 17 years to expose visitors to the best in private theater, audio and video systems, control systems, lighting control and lighting design concepts.

Also featured on this issue’s cover is Vice President John Palser and Operations Manager Sam Guarino. These men are leading the way in an industry that is constantly changing and setting the standard for what it means to offer the best in cutting-edge smart solutions.

Echo Systems is excited to announce its new website, www.echosystemsmidwest.com. We wanted our online presence to complement the significant upgrades we’ve made to our Omaha showroom. Along with a new look, the website has been optimized for easy navigation with a vivid gallery of some of our work and further details about the array of services we offer.

In other company news, Echo Systems is changing the way they provide lighting solutions; the sale of decorative lighting fixtures will be phased out. We will continue to provide lighting design services for clients who are working on building residential and commercial spaces, or who need guidance on the transition to LED. Over the past several years the decorative lighting industry has changed to more of a commodity market and away from a focus on service, which remains at the core of Echo’s approach to its clients.  Because of this, Echo Systems has made the decision to focus on the services it provides, rather than the retail sale of decorative lighting fixtures.

Echo Systems is a proud member of the Greater Omaha Remodelers Association-NARI as well as the Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association-CEDIA, the Metro Omaha Builders Association-MOBA, an associate member of the American Institute of Architects-AIA and American Society of Interior Designers-ASID.

Echo Systems also played a role in the formation of The Trusted Partnership, a network of like-minded business that includes Briggs Kitchen & Bath, Harmon Appliance and Johnson Hardware.  Each is committed to the same high degree of knowledge and client-oriented service.
