Meet Maren Larsen, the amazing Philanthropy Director for MICAH House (themicahhouse.org)! Maren has been with MICAH House for over a year and a half and they are incredibly grateful for her leadership and dedication in guiding their philanthropic efforts.
Maren started at MICAH House in January 2023. In her role, she oversees fundraising efforts, including appeals, events and donor relations. She has over seven years of experience in the nonprofit sector, all focused on homeless services. She holds a Bachelors and Masters, both from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and is currently part of Leadership Council Bluffs Class 37. She loves spending time with her husband and two kids.
MICAH House’s mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment with support services for families and individuals experiencing the crisis of homelessness. MICAH House will help to end homelessness by restoring hope to families and individuals while preserving family unity; empowering all to live independently and free from the crisis of homelessness through community support and collaboration.
