A Time to Heal Cancer Foundation (atth.org) is proud to announce upcoming classes available to cancer survivors and their caregivers: Survivorship 101 and Navigating Brain Fog. These classes are part of the organization’s mission to provide support, education and empowerment so cancer survivors and their caregivers may create their best lives.

Survivorship 101 is held once per week over nine weeks. This program was developed to help cancer patients recover and rebuild their health, reduce stress, boost hope and manage fear of recurrence. These weekly sessions provide guidance for next steps, including research-based advice on topics like nutrition, self-care, advocacy, exercise, intimacy and stress management. Best of all, survivors connect with other survivors and caregivers who understand their journey.

Navigating Brain Fog is a class held once per week over six weeks and was developed for cancer survivors who are experiencing “chemo brain” or “brain fog”. Nearly three of every four cancer patients experience brain fog. This class is taught in an informative, fun, and interactive way that improves thinking, feeling and functioning. COVID-19 survivors with brain fog are also welcome!

Both classes are FREE and include a free workbook shipped directly to your door. New classes are starting in October and November, so sign up today and join others at our office OR from the comfort of your own home! More details and registration can be found online at atth.org (click on Survivorship 101 or Brain Fog) or by calling A Time to Heal at (402) 401-6083.
