Tell us a little about your business. – Inspired Results Consulting is a team and leadership development organization focused on coaching ambitious teams, leaders and high-achieving executives who are ready to take their results to the next level. We guide people to gain better focus & clarity in alignment with their values and goals so that they can communicate more effectively, get on the same page, embrace change and improve productivity for peak performance.

How did you get started in the business? – My goal on a broader level has always been to help people. It’s all about people for me. After a career in Sales and Business Development for over 20 years, it was my job to seek out people’s pains, problems and needs to help them find a solution. So after investing in my own growth, development and training, I became passionate about serving others at another level through Team and Leadership Development. So often, individuals, teams and companies get “stuck” or have to navigate change and just don’t know how to. My life has presented me with many opportunities to develop the skills of adapting and pivoting. When a person or group can get out of their own way and lead themselves in a new way it can literally improve the quality of their work and life. This is my passion.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced professionally? – If I were to reflect on this, jumping into entrepreneurship, after having worked for companies my whole life, was more challenging than I had expected. I have been required to think completely differently as an entrepreneur.

What has been your most important achievement professionally? – Professionally, the ability to work with organizations and their teams are my most important achievements that are continuous & rewarding. The ability to guide others to create healthy paradigm shifts within employees, leaders and companies as a whole is powerful work! We have so many success stories of individuals who have improved not just at work but also elevated their personal lives because as we know, you take yourself wherever you go. This work is holistic – our client’s success is our success.

Tell us a little about your family. – Being first generation with parents from Chile, most of our family was in South America so we just had our immediate family while we were being raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. My sisters and I were raised by a strong mother who worked very hard to provide opportunities that would help us succeed in life. I now have two children of my own and love that my kids are able to have a relationship with their grandmother and aunts!

What is your favorite quote or the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? – My favorite quote is “Both faith and fear demand that you believe in something you cannot see. You get to choose.”

What local nonprofit organization(s) are you passionate about or involved with, and are there any special reasons why? – Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) We all have somehow been connected to someone that is going through, has survived or passed due to cancer. Their mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
