Nebraska Skilled Healthcare Rehab is pleased to welcome Deb Nesbitt as DON. Deb graduated from College of St. Mary in 1982, and immediately started her RN career at St. Joe Intensive Care unit. Deb worked with Hill-Rom and Clinitron therapy and traveled the State providing wound consultation for 6 years. In 1997, Deb realized that her passion was for the elderly, and Long Term Care.
Deb has been instrumental in clearing two facilities from being federally focused by CMS, process development, and building a motivated, positive, professional team is her focus. Deb also worked at Methodist Hospital, orthopedic, surgical floor.
“I am very pleased to join the Nebraska Skilled team, and will look forward to working with them on taking the facility to the next level of excellence,” says Deb.
