The Business Ethics Alliance® launched on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 a data collection survey to begin a study of internal communication practices by nonprofit organizations.
“Communicating well with your “tribe” – employees, volunteers, Board members, affinity groups and the like – maintains loyalty, offers connection, encourages, and motivates,” claims Beverly Kracher, Ph.D., Alliance Executive Director and Creighton University Robert B. Daugherty Chair, Professor in Business Ethics & Society. “It is an integral part of marketing, is the impetus for an organization’s growth and certainly can affect our donations.”
In association with the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands (link will be distributed in e-newsletter), the 10-minute survey will be available as a data collection tool for two weeks up to four weeks if needed Analysis of the data and conclusions will be drawn to compile a full report for release this fall. All completing the survey receive a free report.
