The Amazing Pizza Machine (amazingpizzamachine.com) is hosting a ribbon cutting November 30 from 4 to 4:30 p.m. at 13955 South Plaza. An open house will follow at 6 p.m. At the open house, you will be able to see the renovation of two spaces to create a small kids area in the arcade (Cogswell’s Clubhouse) and the expansion of their arcade to create a space for classic arcade games (RetroCade).
