The Greater Omaha Chamber (www.omahachamber.org) is hosting a conference on opportunity, diversity and equity October 20 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. At this event, you will be able to listen to internationally acclaimed opening keynote speaker Soledad O’Brien and attend several breakout sessions throughout the day to learn and gain resources for your organization.

This event will enable you and help you connect with others to build a more inclusive community and personal network, disrupt barriers by recognizing and addressing organizational inequities so individuals can show up in multiple ways, dismantle old narratives to foster a culture of psychological safety and empowerment to widen organizational perspectives and discover ways we can all hold ourselves accountable to make sustainable systematic changes.
