Immigrant Legal Center (ILC, www.immigrantlc.org) is hosting the 8th annual Food Truck World Tour to raise critical funding to support free immigration legal services for low-income families in Nebraska and southwest Iowa on Sunday, September 25. From 3:30 – 6:30 p.m. at Stinson Park, join ILC for delicious food, music, and entertainment to support their work in empowering immigrants to live with confidence and free from fear! Stinson Park is located in Aksarben Village at 2285 S 67th St. in Omaha.

Guests of the event will sample food from the following food trucks: El Arepón, Chaima African Cuisine, Maria Bonita, Pim’s Thai, Via Farina, Maven Drink Truck, and more. Entertainment will include Mary Snead’s Fine Art/Caricature; balloon art; and performances from Jing Mo Tong Lion Dance, Mariachi Rey Azteca, and Omaha Pipes and Drums.

Event Chairs are Jonathan and Ashley Wegner, along with Nick Wegner and Krystal Vuong Wegner. Tickets and sponsorships are available for purchase. Individual tickets are $75. Children’s tickets are $15. All ticket options can be purchased at www.immigrantlc.org/foodtruck.
