In February of 2020, the Texas steakhouse opened its first Nebraska location at 301 N 175th St. in the Village Pointe Shopping Center. An award-winning, authentic steakhouse, Saltgrass is famous for its CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF® steaks. Each steak is char-grilled on an open flame, seasoned with Saltgrass 7 Spice Steak Seasoning, and topped with fresh garlic butter for mouthwatering flavor. The restaurant sources their large wheat bread locally from Rotella’s Bakery and homemade desserts are prepared from scratch daily by Saltgrass. The menu also features an array of fresh seafood, chicken, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and more, with favorites such as BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Double-Bone Pork Chops, Blackened Redfish, and Chicken Fried Steak. In addition, all soups and salad dressings are made in-house every day with the freshest ingredients.
Diners of Saltgrass are greeted with inviting interiors evoking the charm of a hill country home. The dining room features warm wood furnishings, comfortable leather seating, limestone, and memorabilia from the Saltgrass Trail. Friends and families can come together and celebrate in large groups, as their dining area is able to accommodate celebrations of any kind.
