What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
All you need is a government issued form of ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month to month basis unless the customer requests otherwise. However, we offer discounts for customers who sign a lease for a year or longer.

What about insurance?
We care about your contents. Insurance is required, and if you don’t have any, we offer low cost property protection plans.

How do I make a payment?
You can either pay in person, through the mail, or on our website. You may also sign up to have the payment automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.
