Consumer Title & Escrow Opens New Office in Omaha, Crushing 5-Year Goal in 2 Years

Consumer Title & Escrow (consumertitleomaha.com) (opened a new branch in Omaha on January 18, after growing dramatically in their first two years of business in Lincoln and crushing their five-year plan to start a second location. Since its launch in July 2018, the Lincoln office grew from a staff of two to seven, and has now added licensed Title Producer Aaron Kircher to manage the new Omaha location. The additional office gives real-estate agents and lenders the ability to do closings in the metro area without having to drive to Lincoln, and it opens the door for more agents and lenders, in general, to use Consumer Title.

“We exceeded all expectations in our first two years, which brought us to our five-year goal to open an office in Omaha just into our third year,” said Vice President Val Kircher, who is also a licensed Title Producer and Licensed Abstractor, as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker, with 28 years of experience in the real-estate industry – and Aaron’s mother. “We have a staff of one in Omaha now, but as we grow and change, that will change, too. In the meantime, the beautiful part about our business is that it is all internet-accessible, so we can do our work from anywhere. That means we can take care of that one person on location in Omaha with a full staff to support him.”

In fact, everything that Consumer Title & Escrow does is about teamwork. Val stresses that none of the growth that’s happened so quickly has been the result of a single person. They work as a team and succeed as a team, operating by the tagline “Title to Table, It Takes a Team.” The result is the ability to provide real-estate agents and lenders their full slate of title and escrow services for everything from IRS Code 1031 property exchanges to commercial, agricultural, and residential property transactions. The real-estate market in Omaha and Lincoln have both been flourishing nonstop, keeping things at Consumer Title & Escrow moving at high speed.

“I would like to see the Omaha office blossom as quickly as Lincoln has,” Val said. “I think that would be the icing on the cake, to have at least seven staff members in the new office in two years’ time.”

The Omaha office of Consumer Title & Escrow is located at 14301 FNB Parkway, STE 100. For more information, visit consumertitleomaha.com or contact Aaron at (531) 600-7553 or aaron@consumertitleomaha.com.
