Legacy Design Strategies Law Firm Adds Attorneys Kastrick, Garman, and Berryman

Legacy Design Strategies Law Firm (www.ldstrategies.com), a part of Andrew C. Sigerson, P.C., L.L.O., is pleased to announce the addition of three attorneys to its team: Colin Kastrick, Charles Garman, and Scott Berryman.

Kastrick is a native of Papillion, NE. He graduated from the University of Nebraska–Omaha in 2014 with his Bachelors of Science in business administration with an investment science and land use economics specialization. He also earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2017. Kastrick works with new clients in counseling and designing comprehensive estate plans.

Garman joined Legacy Design Strategies in January of 2019. He focuses primarily on administering wills and trusts. Garman is bilingual, after having spent most of his childhood in Wilhelmshaven, Germany. He attended Creighton University School of Law, graduating with his J.D. in 2005. Subsequently, Garman practiced in the area of debtor creditor law and taught courses in real estate and business law at Metropolitan Community College.

Berryman has worked in private practice, government practice, and done significant pro bono work in the non-profit world. He has been a solo practitioner, worked in a Midwest mega-firm, and has found the right size in a boutique firm. A lifelong Nebraskan, Scott has lived over a decade in each of Nebraska’s congressional districts. He is a graduate of Leadership Omaha and the FBI Citizens Academy. Scott has served as “Of Counsel” to the firm for several years, but has now joined full-time in the Trust Administration and Probate Department.
