Partnerships in Aging, Inc., in collaboration with the Coalition to Protect Aging Adults, will be offering a FREE educational event on December 10 from 3:30 – 4:30 PM at New Cassel Retirement Center, 900 North 90th Street in Omaha.  The title of the presentation is Legal Issues for the Professional and Family Caregiver to Consider and will be led by former judge Jane Prochaska.  The educational event will examine the legal structures and documents caregivers must be aware of and consider utilizing and will outline available community resources that can assist with legal questions and concerns.
