The Orchards at Wildewood Senior Apartments held a ribbon cutting on September 8th at their new residents’ home at 7454 Gertrude Street in La Vista. The ribbon cutting was to celebrate their new residents’ home and new manager.
The Orchards at Wildewood is La Vista’s newest affordable senior housing community. They offer one and two bedroom apartment homes, all on the ground floor, from $540 per month to $733 per month. They offer an onsite business and fitness center for their residents as well as mailboxes located in the community room, so residents never have to go outside to get their mail. They also provide washer and dryers included and free basic cable for one year.
The Orchards participates in the LIHTC program (Low income housing tax credit), offers brand new luxury complexes at affordable prices for seniors.
