Pinnacle Bank Names Jay Faylor, Alyssa Simon Vice Presidents

Pinnacle Bank (pinnbank.com) recently promoted Jay Faylor to Vice President of Commercial Lending and Alyssa Simon to Vice President of Retail Banking. Both work from the 180th and Dodge branch.

Faylor, who has been with the bank for six years, is responsible for managing an existing commercial loan portfolio and developing new business relationships. He gained his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

In the community, Faylor is president of the Big Brothers Big Sisters Service League and is actively involved in the CUES Young Professional Group.

Simon’s responsibilities include sales management, supervision of branch employees and business development. Simon has been with the bank for

nearly nine years gaining experience in various roles including Personal Banker and teller.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and continued her education later receiving her master’s degree in business administration from Bellevue University.

In the community, Simon is involved in several organizations including Heartland Family Service, artVenture, the Salvation Army and the Red Cross.
