Oakwood Homes Founder and CEO Pat Hamill has announced that industry veteran Aric Jones has been hired as Vice President of Operations for Oakwood Homes of Nebraska.
As VP of Operations, Jones will be responsible for all operations of the Omaha division including sales, administration, production, warranty, product design, land acquisition and development. Prior to joining Oakwood Homes, Jones served as Project Manager for Richmond American Homes where he managed all aspects of construction on ten communities with approximately 150 homes in production at any time.
Oakwood Homes of Nebraska launched in 2013 and is Oakwood’s first market outside Colorado. Oakwood Homes considered entering Omaha, Nebraska’s largest city, for several years and decided to fill the void when a major builder vacated the market.
