Elite Professionals Home Care Company is excited to welcome James Farley, who has joined the company as its newest Field Staff Manager. James made his way to Elite Professionals from Wisconsin, where he studied Business Management and held several management positions before moving to Nebraska. In his new role with Elite Professionals James will oversee the hiring, training and orientation for all of our Health Aides. James will also be making sure we pair the right employees with each patient. We take into consideration each patient’s preferences and match them with employees that make the best fit. James has quickly developed a passion for in-home health care and assisting individual clients in their homes, which allows families the ability to relax and be a family member versus needing to be a caregiver for their loved one during their journey.
