Commercial Investment Properties (CIP), one of the Midwest’s largest and most diverse property development and management companies, has announced the addition of Charlie Sullivan to its leadership team. Sullivan will serve as vice president of development and brokerage as the company pursues expansion throughout the Midwest. He will be responsible for advancing new development projects and identifying opportunities for growth in multi-family housing.
Sullivan comes to CIP with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. He founded Sullivan Homes in 1996, earning multiple honors from the Omaha Chamber of Commerce as one of Omaha’s “25 Fastest Growing Companies.” During the 15 years Sullivan served as president of Sullivan Homes, he directed the construction of more than 250 custom homes. He also oversaw the development of several single-family home communities, including Charleston Woods, The Residences on the Green at Pacific Springs, and Huntington Park (Phases III, IV, and V). Most recently, Sullivan served as vice president with Colliers International, a full-service real estate brokerage firm.
Sullivan is a graduate of Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, TX. He has actively served the Omaha community on the boards of the Boy Scouts of America (Mid-America Council), Nebraska Commission on Housing and Homelessness, Women’s Center for Advancement (formerly YWCA), Anti-Defamation League (Midlands Chapter), and Young President’s Organization (YPO).
