Leadership for Life (LFL) (www.lflomaha.org) is a unique leadership development opportunity where professionals can learn, practice, and integrate faith-based leadership skills into their personal and professional life. This program is designed to maximize personal growth and effectiveness so that participants can positively impact their workplace, home and community.

With its mission rooted in the Christian tradition, Leadership for Life is focused on equipping individuals with the confidence and skills needed to become leaders of integrity and influence. LFL’s distinct approach to developing leaders focuses on:

  • Skills based (versus knowledge based) training that happens over time, yielding a real change in behavior.
  • Powerful networking connection for participants who have invested in the solid relationships made possible   through the LFL model
  • Exposure to top leaders in the community.
  • Springboard employees and your organization into new strategies and avenues for growth.

The 2015/16 cohort begins with a retreat at Mahoney State Park September 10-12, followed by full-day once-a-month sessions through May of 2016. See additional details about Leadership for Life at www.lflomaha.org.
