Getting your child to take a nap and/or go to bed at night is a chore for many parents. Learn how to make sleep time successful for you and your child at Behaven’s “How the Rest was Won” workshop sponsored by Kids Can Community Center on Tuesday, January 22, 6PM-7:30PM at Kids Can  located at 4860 Q Street.

Food, prizes and free childcare (for kids currently registered at Kids Can) will be provided. In addition, Kids Can is hosting additional workshops throughout the coming year that will offer parents the tools and techniques needed to successfully handle child behavior problems. Visit: www.kidscanomaha.org for future workshop information.
