Heartland Family Service Presents 25th Annual Safe Haven Golf Tournament

Monday, September 10 marks the silver anniversary of Heartland Family Service’s Safe Haven Golf Tournament (HeartlandFamilyService.org). For the past 25 years, the community has played golf to “putt” themselves in the shoes of survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

You are cordially invited to join Heartland Family Service on the green again this year for the 25th anniversary of the Safe Haven Golf Tournament, which will take place from noon to 6 p.m. at Oak Hills Country Club. Team play for a group of four people is $500, and individual play is $125 per person. Sponsorship opportunities are also available, starting at $300. All proceeds go to Heartland Family Service’s Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault programs.

The mission of Heartland Family Service is to strengthen individuals and families in the community through education, counseling, and support services. Founded in 1875, Heartland Family Service currently serves more than 52,000 individuals of all ages each year from more than 15 locations in east central Nebraska and southwest Iowa.
