Push Pedal Pull, one of the specialty fitness industry’s true pioneers, is now under new ownership. On January 1st of this year, Roger Stewart, the primary owner of The RD Rogers Company since 1985, sent a letter to the P3 employees announcing its sale to GetFit Holdings, Inc.
GetFit will continue to operate as Push Pedal Pull and has named fitness industry veterans Martin Bruder and Todd Ibis as its leadership team. Bruder has a rich background in the fitness industry spending over 11 years in health clubs and over 15 years in specialty fitness. Bruder will oversee P3’s sales and marketing efforts as the company’s President while working alongside Ibis, who will continue as Push Pedal Pull’s COO. Ibis has been with Push Pedal Pull for 22 years.
With over 26 years of experience in the specialty fitness industry, Push Pedal Pull is a recognized leader and industry pioneer. They are based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and currently employ over 90 people. Push Pedal Pull has 10 retail equipment showrooms and 12 commercial sales representatives serving thousands of residential and commercial customers in 9 states including Nebraska, Oklahoma, Iowa, Colorado, Eastern Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.
