Omaha’s Growing Specialty Beverage Scene Unites for City’s 3rd Caffeine Crawl

Beer lovers have pub crawls and wine lovers have wine tours. Coffee lovers have…Caffeine Crawl (www.caffeinecrawl.com)! May 2016 brings the caffeinated charge back to Omaha for the city’s 3rd annual event.

With the addition of a Friday night route that kicks off the caffeinated weekend on May 6th, along with 4 routes to choose from on Saturday, May 7th, there are time and transportation options for everyone. Biking friendly, driving, morning and afternoon routes are available. Event sponsors Aromas Coffeehouse, Hardy Coffee Co., and Mug Life Coffee will kick off routes, and additional stops include Accelerando Coffee House, Archetype Coffee, Beansmith Coffee, Culprit Cafe and Bakery, Omaha Bicycle Company, and The Tea Smith. This year’s event features shortened travel times during routes, and another sold out event is expected following last year’s success!

Each business will showcase its unique skills and style with a short, educational presentation and a delicious sample. Crawlers will receive a ‘swag bag’ with take home treats from participating shops and sponsors. Each route will be led by a Caffeine Crawl tour guide, and Crawlers will provide their own transportation between stops. With a diverse variety of participants, we’re thrilled to welcome you back to Omaha for a caffeinated weekend to remember!
